The BBC will be reopening September 15, 2025 and membership registration is currently open with priority given to existing members. Registration will remain open until Oct 14 at which time, it will be paused for 2 weeks. 

 

Fees

1. Annual Membership Fee 2025/2026: $100 [Cash or Cheque or via email transfer - payment@bowmanvillebadmintonclub.com]

2. Guest Fee: $5 per night. *

3. Guests will be required to sign in each night.

We are moving to an online registration process this season as part of our digital transformation initiative. ALL the following 5 steps must be completed before your registration is processed.

STEP 1 - Complete this form to obtain an unique membership ID. Note: - This is NOT the registration form. It will only provide you an ID. When complete, check your inbox (don't forget to check your Junk/Spam folder) for an automated email that contains your unique ID.

 

STEP 2 - Download the Waivers & Agreements and complete them. Scan/photograph them. You can complete and digitally sign this document if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

STEP 3 -  Make payment by e-transfer (payment@bowmanvillebadmintonclub.com) OR by cash/cheque and copy/write the UserID in the appropriate Note/Comment section. Take a screenshot of the e-transfer payment

STEP 4 - Email signed waivers + screenshot of payment to us. Include the UserID in the body of your email.

STEP 5 - Complete this registration form.
